Where listings come from
Business entries may be supplied by representatives or researched from publicly accessible business sources and earlier directory records. An entry is not proof of owner participation, payment, consent, licensing, certification or endorsement. Information can be incomplete or outdated; confirm it directly before relying on it.
We aim to publish useful factual business information and our own summaries. Public availability does not itself grant reuse rights. Source-platform conditions and intellectual-property/privacy rights still apply. We do not authorise copying third-party reviews, ratings, photographs, descriptions or maps into listings without the required rights. A Google Maps link does not make ePagesPK a Google partner.
Request a correction, ownership review or removal
Email business@epagespk.com and include:
- The exact ePagesPK page URL and business/branch name.
- Your relationship to the business or affected information, and a reply email.
- The specific information or media at issue, what should change and why.
- A relevant official source or proportionate evidence of authority/rights, where available.
For copyright/trademark concerns, identify the relevant work or mark, the disputed material and your authority to raise the request. For personal-contact or home-address concerns, identify the particular field without sending more sensitive information. We may seek clarification or verification, correct an entry, hide disputed material during review or decline an unsupported request with an explanation. This is a review process, not an automatic legal determination or a guaranteed response deadline.
No payment is required to report an error, raise a rights/privacy concern or request a removal review. Do not create a duplicate business or attempt to claim another organisation’s account.
Reviews and uploaded content
Only post truthful material that you are entitled to share. Do not publish confidential, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening or unlawful content. Reviews are associated with ePagesPK accounts, not verified bookings or imported Google reviews. We may moderate content based on reports or suspected misuse; we do not promise that every submission has been independently checked before publication.
Active, inactive and deleted records
An administrator may deactivate a business while reviewing a complaint, for policy/security reasons or under agreed paid-service terms. Its directory entry and public place page are hidden; its saved data, reviews, media and ownership are not automatically deleted. The owner can still access management features but cannot override an administrator’s visibility decision. Reactivation restores public eligibility after the issue is resolved.
Inactivity is not a statement that the company is closed or has failed to pay; private administrative reasons are not displayed publicly. Search engines and already downloaded content may take time to reflect changes. Privacy requests and deletion are handled separately from temporary deactivation.
Paid placement is not independent verification
Featured/promoted placement describes advertising visibility within ePagesPK. It does not certify competence or guarantee Google rankings, customers or sales. Refer to current pricing and the paid-service terms before agreeing to a plan.
